May 11, 2015 · My tinnitus started more than a year ago due to noise-induced hearing loss. I have a 25 dB dip in left and 15 dB dip in right ear, both at 6000 hZ. I remember sitting in my Kitchen with the worse like sharp pain in my right ear, but happened to my left also at times and i started crying it hurt so bad..
