Aug 12, 2023 · Opera was never the fastest browser (ignoring pre-Chromium) but it slowed down a lot in the last year. Any other browser (excluding Vivaldi) is miles more responsive nowadays. I loved Opera GX. The page-specific dark mode is amazing.

Opera is used for general purposes, so both of them are ok. if your a gamer and want more things to play with choose GX and if you want the normal things use opera but gx is harder to run but you can change settings for cpu usage and ram and other things.
