Oct 10, 2023 · I too had this issue, the e-mails or copied links to share the Office 365 Family subscription didn't work. They'd just open the Family Settings page on the account and not actually accept the invite. I had to go to the parent account and manually click the accept, switch accounts in the family portal, and then get added to the family.
