Seiko world time clocks use Global R-Wave technology to pick up the atomic time signal broadcast from Fort Collins, Colorado. Touch the "B" button to set the seconds on your clock to zero. Set the minutes on your Seiko world clock by pressing the "A" button to advance the setting selection to the minutes place.

Set the clock manually by pressing down and holding the time zone button (the left-side button above the battery compartment) until the correct zone is shown in the digital display on the back of the clock. Press and hold the right button until the time display advances to the correct time.
