A recall of nearly 10 million pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products could impact hundreds of items sold at major retailers.

Meat producer BrucePac is recalling nearly 10 million pounds of meat and poultry products sold at Trader Joe’s, Target, Kroger and other retailers because they might be contaminated with listeria.

Nearly 12 million pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry products, sold at stores including Trader Joe's, Amazon, Walmart, Target -- and served at restaurants and schools -- are being recalled over listeria fears.
