The Auburn Tigers have been hit and miss on the defensive side of the ball so far this season, but Hugh Freeze likes the progress against Oklahoma.

ATHENS – Auburn hasn’t left the “loveliest village on the Plains” all year. It has played five games and all of them have been in the friendly confines of Jordan-Hare Stadium.

One person who watched that game with interest was former head coach Steve Spurrier, and as he explained on Another Dooley Noted Podcast, he left that game feeling like the Tigers might be jinxed.
