CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Former Reds legend and Cincinnati native Pete Rose, who was known as the "Hit King" for recording the most hits in Major League Baseball, and was banned from the game in 1989 for gambling on it, reportedly passed away on Monday. TMZ Sports reported that he passed away at his home in Las Vegas. He was 83.
