Ford Motor is increasing the refinement and technology of its large Expedition SUV as part of a vehicle redesign to better compete with growing competition.

Front and center is a new 24-inch panoramic digital display that spans half of the dashboard. The other two big changes for 2025 include a new Tremor trim that transforms the Expedition from family hauler to an off-road base camp and a split tailgate accessorized with an adjustable piece that becomes a table or backrest.

The SUV’s frame and suspension are substantially new, thanks to changes for the Tremor’s increased ride height and off road capability.
