Lil Nas X congratulated Kendrick Lamar and Shaboozey after 'Not Like Us' and 'A Bar Song (Tipsy)' broke two chart records held by 'Old Town Road.'

Lil Nas X ‘s 2019 smash “Old Town Road,” featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, has maintained some pretty impressive records on the Billboard charts. But five years later, he’s happily passing the torch to two other artists.

Lil Nas X still holds one record, arguably the one people would deem the most important: “Old Town Road” holds the all-time record for weeks spent No. 1 on the Billboard US Hot 100 chart at 19. Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song” isn’t too far behind, as it has been No. 1 for 14 weeks. Time will tell if he passes the Montero artist once again.
