A U.S. District court judge dismissed a lawsuit against Tesla on Monday. Shareholders who brought the lawsuit claimed the company and CEO Elon Musk misled investors regarding the company's Full-Self Driving (FSD) technology.

Tesla still faces probes by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as a case by the California Department of Motor Vehicles, into its self-driving claims.
