The mother of Wisconsin toddler Elijah Vue and her boyfriend face charges in the death of the boy who had gone missing for nearly seven months before his remains were discovered in early September, court records show.

Manitowoc County District Attorney Jacalyn LaBre said the mother of 3-year-old Wisconsin boy Elijah Vue — Katrina Baur — has been charged with chronic neglect of a child where the consequence is death,

Elijah Vue's body was found in the woods in Wisconsin in September, more than six months after he was reported missing in February.
