A monkey sanctuary in England has taken in an infant orangutan from Ireland which had become vulnerable after its mother had been unable to feed it. Sibu Junior was born on July 31st at Dublin Zoo but despite efforts by staff to teach and encourage its mother to feed the youngster, it was decided to find a new home for it.

Sibu Junior was born in Dublin Zoo this summer, but was moved to the UK as his mother was sadly unable to feed him.

MONKEY World is going ape for a new infant orang-utan which has joined the rescue centre. Sibu Junior, born on July 31, joined the Wool-based attraction from Dublin Zoo earlier this week.
