It's just a street that the Painted Ladies are on. I didn't see any restriction signs and motorists were stopping to take pictures. Although, when we visited there were lots of barriers up because they were remodelling the street and nearby park, so that might have changed now

I took an Uber there. But I saw parking meters around the park so I guess you can park there. Hope it helps!
