WEBBeautiful beach close to Olbia. Accessible by bus for those without a car. The water here is a gorgeous turquoise blue and very clear. The beach isn’t massive and we went in August so it was busy. There is a beach bar at one end with drinks and snacks available and a kiosk with boat hire/trips. I would certainly recommend a visit to this beach.

WEBThere is no denying that Porto Istana beach is stunningly beautiful, caressed by warm turquoise water and views out across to Tavolara island. The only issue will be (in August anyway) the amount of real estate (beach towel space!) you desire, it was limited when we turned up mid afternoon.
